I worked with Carlos who was beyond caring, so helpful and very respectful of the chaos I was in because of the nail in my tire. He took care of replacing the tire within an hour and a half which was really great given that I did not have an appointment and the service...

people were so busy. He checked on me several times and gave me an update. The price for all the work and the tire replacement was high but I had no choice; when Carlos came back to me at the end he was happy to tell me that I had saved $70 on what was originally quoted. I was so grateful!
